Auburn Prior Authorization Continued

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by adding the following Section:-

“SECTION__. Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2021 is hereby amended in Section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after the words ‘public health and building inspection and enforcement efforts’ the following:- ‘provided further, that such funds shall be available for appropriation through June 30, 2023.’”
