Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "Section XXXX, moves to amend the Acts of 2020 in section 2, in line item 2810-0122, $15,000 for the Billerica BMX track for maintenance of the track: by adding the following: "provided further that such funds shall be available through June 30, 2023". Billerica's BMX track is 1 of only 4 BMX tracks in Massachusetts and is used by residents throughout the commonwealth.
