Public Employee Benefits & Protections for Active Military Service Members

Mrs. Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following:

SECTION XXXX. SECTION 1. Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- (k) This section shall apply to men and women who die on active duty whether combat  related or not.
