Mr. Philips of Sharon moves to amend the bill, as amended, in Section 5, in line 163, by striking the following words: "combat-related post-traumatic stress disorder or a service-connected disease, condition or injury related to the exposure to harmful toxins, herbicides, agents or materials," and replacing them with the following: "(i) service-connected post-traumatic stress disorder; (ii) a condition resulting from a service-connected traumatic brain injury; or (iii) a service-connected disease, condition or injury related to the exposure to harmful toxins, herbicides, agents or materials,
