Amendment #2 to H4978

Amending the definition of veteran

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill, as amended, by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. The language of M.G.L. ch. 4, s.7, clause 43 part (b) is hereby amended by adding after the words "coast guard" the following words: "United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officers Corps, United States Public Health Service Commissioned Officer Corps, United States Space Force,"
