Amendment #4 to H4978

Free Online Public Higher Education Courses

Mr. Schmid of Westport moves to amend the bill, as amended, SECTION XXXX.

SECTION 1:  Chapter 15A of the Massachusetts General Laws are hereby amended by adding the following section:

“Section 43:  The council shall develop and adopt a written policy requiring each public institution of higher education to offer and administer online courses free of charge to any Veteran of Massachusetts as defined by M.G.L. ch. 4, s.7, clause 43.”
