Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 3A, in item 7002-8051, in line 312, by inserting after the word “year” the following: “Provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the infrastructure improvements of Hanson St. in the City of Lynn.”
