Re-entry Housing

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 1599-6060  by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to Torch Light Recovery Group in order to further promote re entry services for people who were formally incarcerated for by striking the figure “..$19,300,000 and inserting in place thereof the figure “$20,300,000.
