Probation Commission

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the special legislative commission established in section 112 of chapter 253 of the acts of 2020 is hereby revived and continued to September 30, 2022. The special legislative commission shall file its report pursuant to subsection (d) of said section 112 of said chapter 253 with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate not later than September 30, 2022.
