Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6062, in line 78, by inserting after “businesses” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $15,000 be expended to the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce for promotion of Holyoke's 150th Anniversary Celebration in 2023"
