Mr. Tucker of Salem moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:

SECTION: Section 13T of Chapter 23A is hereby amended by inserting at the end of section (a) the following:

(a)(i) There shall also be credited to the fund an amount equivalent to 7% of the room occupancy excise collected in the prior fiscal year, imposed by section 3 of chapter 64G and section 22 of chapter 546 of the acts of 1969. These funds shall not be subject to clause (3) of the fifth paragraph of section 14 of chapter 23A.
