Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6075, in line 11, by inserting after the word “unwanted”; and also in section 2A, in item 1599-6075, in line 12, by inserting after the words “wetlands on”, in each instance, the following words: “publicly or privately owned”.
