Belchertown State School Hazardous Material Removal

Mr. Oliveira of Ludlow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8051, in line 312, by inserting after “year” the following: “provided further that not less than $900,000 shall be expended for the town of Belchertown for hazardous material abatement and remediation at the former Belchertown State School” and in said item by striking out the figures “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$50,900,000.”
