Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6078, in line 2, by inserting after the word "grants" the following: "provided further that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Dorchester Food Co-op" and in said item by striking out the figures "25,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "25,500,000"
