Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in Section 3A, line item 7004-0070, in line 73, by inserting after "maintenance" the following: "provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to the Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Boston to provide services to vulnerable populations"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$32,100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following "$34,100,000".
