ADA Improvements at City of Lowell Parks

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7004-0081, by adding at the end thereof, the following "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to improve ADA-compliant restrooms and the field house at Cawley Memorial Stadium in the City of Lowell; and provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to improve ADA-compliant restrooms and ramp structures at Shedd Park Pavilion in the City of Lowell; and provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for equipment enhancement at Oliveria Park in the City of Lowell".
