Vacant Ludlow Elementary School Demolition

Mr. Oliveira of Ludlow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8051, in line 312, by inserting after “year” the following “provided further, that no less than $3,000,000 to offset and pay any and all costs incurred and related to, but not limited to, operational costs and expenses involved with the demolition of the former Veterans Park Elementary School in Ludlow to assist in the preservation of the surrounding wetlands and groundwater”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$53,000,000.”
