West River St, Orange

Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 3A, in item 7002-8951, in line 312, by inserting after the word “year” the words:

“Provided further that not less than $3,400,000 shall be expended to the Town of Orange for clean-up and remediation of property at 16-36 West River St.”
