Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6062, in line 77, by inserting after the word “ obligations" the following:- “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the City of Brockton for economic development;”
