Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in Line-item 1599-6069, “providing further, that no less than $750,000 shall be expended to support HVAC upgrades and improvement at Springfield Technology Park due to the Covid—19 environment.” And in said item by striking out the figures “350,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “1,100,000,000.”
