Amendment #38 to H5007

Living Local 413

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-6062, by adding the following: “and provided further, that not less than $106,000 shall be expended to Living Local 413, a 501C3 non-profit, for the completion and launch of a new web application platform, hiring of a full-time Executive Director and part-time Assistance to support and expand the business community throughout Western Mass” and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$200,000,000“ and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,106,000“.
