Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill Mr Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill in section 3B, in item 7004-0081, in line 525, by inserting after "Development" the following: 

“provided that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for the purchase, survey, engineering, and construction of affordable public housing projects in the town of Wilmington.
