Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 3A, in item 7002-8052, in line 323, by inserting after "equity" the following:

provided further, that no less than $40,000 shall be expended for the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District to study the feasibility of constructing public restrooms and other public amenities in Downtown Worcester.
