Repair of the Historic E.B. Newton School in the Town of Winthrop

Mr Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 1599-6062, by adding the following: “and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to to the Town of Winthrop for the  restoration and preservation of the historic E.B. Newton School specifically including the clock tower, room and historically appropriate HVAC system.
