Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6062 in line item 81, by inserting after “businesses” the following: “Not less than $250,000 shall be expended for”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$200,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,250,000.”
