Online Permitting Upgrades

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill In Section 2A, in line item 1599-6061, by adding the following:

“Provided that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to Berkshire Regional Planning Commission for the improvement and coordination of online municipal permitting systems in Berkshire County.”
