Mr. Philips of Sharon moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6062, in line 78, by inserting after “businesses” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended to the Town of Walpole for planning and implementation of Walpole's 300th Anniversary Celebration"
