Year Up

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-6085, in line 216 by inserting after “2023” the following: "provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to Year Up, to implement workforce development programs that provide job opportunities for young adults" and in said item by striking out the figures "$500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,500,000”
