Contaminated Soil Testing in Danvers

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill by adding at the end of Section 77 the following:

"provided, that the Department of Environmental Protection shall provide for soil testing for homeowners' properties in the Lawrence and Laurel Street area of Danvers whose soil was removed as part of a brownfield contamination clean-up in the immediate area and subsequently replaced with soil by EPA."
