Section 63 Medicaid Payments for Eligible Community Hospitals

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill that the bill be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

"Section XX: Section 63 of chapter 260 of the acts of 2020 shall be implemented at the full fiscal year annual amount specified in subsection (a) of said section 63 for the annual state fiscal year 2023 period";

and further move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

"Section XX: Section 76 of chapter 260 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “Sections 63 and" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "Section" and is further amended by striking out the word "are" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "is"
