New Bedford State Pier rail tracks

Representatives Straus of Mattapoisett and Markey of Dartmouth move to amend the bill move to amend the bill in section 3A, in line item 7002-8051 in line 312 by inserting after the word “year”

“;provided further that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for design and estimated construction costs for the restoration of the existing freight rail track and end stop on New Bedford State Pier in the city of New Bedford”;

and in said item by striking out the figure “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$50,125,000”.
