Developing new affordable housing in Barnstable County

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 3A, in item 7002-8051, by adding at the end the following:-

“and provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the Housing Assistance Corporation for a program to acquire and develop up to 50 new affordable housing units on underutilized or blighted property in Barnstable County prioritizing the housing needs of households making 120% of the Area Median Income”
