Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 3A, in item 7002-8052, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Michael J. Perkins Post American Legion Post #67 for plumbing, heating, and energy efficiency improvements.”
