Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-6076, in the final line, by inserting after the word “projects” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to the Trustees of Reservations for the creation of a climate-resilient waterfront park at Piers Park Phase 3 in East Boston”
