Amendment #790 to H5007

E.N. Jenckes Store and Museum in Douglas

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 3A, in line 7002-8056, in line 362, by adding after the word "equity" the following:

“; and provided further, that not less than $750,000 be allocated to the Town of Douglas for upgrades to the E.N. Jenckes Store and Museum to repair the foundation, roof, and other critical infrastructure throughout the building,”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$10,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$10,750,000”.
