Asian-American business support division

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item: 1599-6062, in line 81, by inserting after the word “businesses” the following “; and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Cambodia Town Lowell, Inc. to form an Asian-American business support division which shall provide education and training to minority-owned businesses in Lowell.”
