Reducing Street Natural Gas Exposure

Representatives Barber of Somerville, Connolly of Cambridge and Uyterhoeven of Somerville move to amend the bill in section 3B, in item 7004-0079, by inserting the following words “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Somerville for a street tree protection program that identifies neighborhoods with street trees compromised by natural gas leaks".
