HWM Technical Amendment

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill Fiscal Note: $535,000

Mr. Michlewitz of Boston and others move to amend H.5007, in section 2A, in item 1599-6063, as inserted by Consolidated Amendment “B”, by striking out the words “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the restructure, repair and replacement of Kidspot in the town of North Reading” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the restructure, repair and replacement of Kidspot in the town of North Reading

And further amend said item by striking out the words “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Stow Acres innovation, conservation, recreation and development partnership” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Stow Acres innovation, conservation, recreation and development partnership

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “85,002,000”, as inserted by Consolidated Amendment “B”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $85,537,000

And further amend the said section 2A, in item 1599-6077, inserted by Consolidated Amendment “C”, by striking out the words “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the New Lynn Coalition’s grocery delivery program for the Acord Food Pantry in Hamilton to increase capacity to serve people in Essex county” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Acord Food Pantry in Hamilton to increase its capacity to serve people in Essex county

And further amend said item by striking out the words “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Southwick Civic Fund for a greenspace for community events and increased parking capacity in Methuen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for greenspace for community events and increased parking capacity at Greycourt park in Methuen

And further amend the bill in section 4E, inserted by Consolidated Amendment “A”, by striking out the word “(h)”, the second time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- (i).

And further amend the bill, in section 144, by striking the figure “1,275,000,000”, in line 2274 and 2276, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- $1,427,245,775
