Information Techonology Improvements at the Framingham and Natick District Court

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend amendment 3 by striking out the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in line item 0330-6002, by inserting after the words “digital court system;” the following:- provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the improvement and modernization of the information technology systems at the Framingham and Natick District Court;

and further amend said item by striking out the figure “$35,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:- $35,500,000
