Increased Access to Record Sealing

Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0330-6000, in line 27, by adding after the word "security" the following; -"; provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended for technology improvements in the office of the commissioner of probation to automate the process for sealing criminal records" and further amending said item by striking out the figures "$94,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$96,500,000".
