Amendment #5 to H5046

New Bedford Justice Center

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford and Markey of Dartmouth move to amend the bill adding the following section:-

“SECTION X. provided further, that the unexpended balance in item 1102-5700, as authorized pursuant to chapter 113 of the acts of 2018, shall be expended for the costs of the reconstruction or replacement of court facilities located in the downtown area of the city of New Bedford.”
