Updating the definition of sexual assault counsellor to expand confidentiality protections

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 20J of Chapter 233 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “worker,” in line 10, the following words:- “ licensed mental health counselor,”.
