Ensuring prompt vehicle identification

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the amendment Mr. Kipps of Barnstable moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 6 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 11 by inserting after the word “obscured” the following:- “or the appearance obstructed”.
