Fines for Bicycle Violations

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the amendment by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX. Section 11B of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1110, the words “twenty dollars” and inserting following :- the penalty a motor vehicle driver would be fined for the same traffic violation.
