Assuring equity in enforcement

Ms. Edwards moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

SECTION XX. The  Executive Office of  Public Safety and Security  shall within one year report the results of a study of the implementation of this bill focusing on racial, gender and geographic disparities if any.
