Amendment #4 to H5103

Speed Limits

Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the amendment by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 17c of said Chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the words ”on any roadway" the words “including, but not limited to, a roadway on which a speed limit higher than 25 miles per hour was previously established pursuant to section 18,”.
