Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill, as amended, moves to amend the bill in section 4,

line 38, by striking out “200” and inserting in place thereof “300”, and

line 45, by striking out “$30,000,000” and inserting in place thereof “$50,000,000”, and

line 46, by striking out “$20,000,000” and inserting in place thereof “$40,000,000”, and

line 49, by striking out “$20,000,000” and inserting in place thereof “$30,000,000”.
