Anti-harassment and bystander intervention training

Ms. DiZoglio moves to amend the report in Rule 11F by inserting after "completion of the training" the following:- ". Anti-harassment and bystander intervention training shall be available at intervals sufficient to allow all members, officers, and staff to receive the training within 90 days of beginning employment".
