Amendments to general appropriations bill

Ms. DiZoglio and Mr. Tarr move to amend the report in the second paragraph of Rule 27A by inserting after "by order of the Senate" the following:- "provided, however, that a reasonable amount of time, and not less than 48 hours, shall be provided to file amendments".
