Amendment filing to GAA

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Fattman move to amend the report by inserting in rule 27A in the second paragraph after, "The committee on Ways and Means shall provide the membership with a copy of its proposed text of the general appropriations bill, and an executive summary which shall include a list of outside sections, and a short summary of each outside section not later than the fifth business day prior to full Senate consideration of such bill." the following:-"The membership shall have at least 5 days following receiving the proposed text to file amendments to the said proposed text".
